This will be the first of several posts on my trip to Charleston, SC in 2009 for my last classes taken in order to become a certified tea specialist and touring the Tea Plantation. One day I would like to go to India, Sri Lanka, Taiwan or China to see tea production there, but for now I am sated with my trip to the Tea Garden in South Carolina.
